What Would You Like to Know?

HOW MANY BUNDLES DO I NEED FOR A FULL HEAD SEW-IN?

12" to 16”- 2 bundles

18” to 22”- 3 bundles

24” to 26"- 4 bundles

28"+ - 5 bundles

Each bundle is between 3.5 ounces to 4 ounces. The longer the inches, the shorter the wefts.

 

Density Recommendations Based On Hair Lengths

 

12” - 14” = 120% - 130%

16” - 20” = 150%

22” - 24” = 180%

26” - 30” = 200% +

WHAT IS “SINGLE DONOR” HAIR?

Single Donor hair means that each individual bundle of hair has been collected from one source or a ‘single donor’.  Single donor hair ensures the highest quality--all cuticles remain aligned, the texture of the hair is consistent, and the bundles are full from roots to the ends.

HOW LONG DOES THIS HAIR LAST?

Rsquared² Collection hair extensions can last two+ years, but this is subjective to the care and maintenance provided to the extensions.

HOW DO I BEST MAINTAIN RSQUARED² COLLECTION HAIR EXTENSIONS?

Before you install, we recommend that you co-wash your bundles by saturating your bundles with a quality conditioner and combing it through with a wide tooth comb (comb from the ends to the wefts ALWAYS).

 

Let the conditioner sit for 5-10 minutes before THOROUGHLY rinsing it out. Rinse until you do not see any product bubbles left in the hair. Then allow to air dry before installing.

 

Shampoo hair with a volumizing/high-quality shampoo. We recommend that your shampoo does not have a pH higher that seven. 

DO NOT MASSAGE PRODUCT INTO YOUR HAIR

 

Use the praying hand method or a wide-tooth comb to help distribute the product throughout the hair.

 

Rinse out hair thoroughly with lukewarm water until water runs clear and no product bubbles remain on the extensions.

 

Apply your high-quality conditioner, preferably volumizing or moisturizing to add volume and moisture back to the extensions. Comb the product through. Rinse thoroughly. Then let it air dry before styling.

HOW DO I MAINTAIN THE HAIR ON A DAILY BASIS?

We advise that you use styling products very minimally for they build up on the hair, weighing the hair down, and taking away from the natural luster.

 

Avoid sulfate or alcohol based products for they dry out your hair. 

 

For textured hair, avoid a lot of heat on the extensions to best preserve the hair pattern. 

 

For wavy/curly looks, we recommend using a mister spray bottle and high-quality leave-in conditioner to dampen and style the hair. After working the product throughout the hair, scrunch the hair and let it air dry. Although its tempting, do not touch your hair until after it dries for the best curl results!

 

Be sure to tie your hair up at night using a silk scarf or bonnet. If you are wearing a glueless Rsquared² Collection unit, store your unit in a silk bag when not wearing.

ALWAYS PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT!

CAN RSQUARED² COLLECTION HAIR EXTENSIONS BE COLORED?

Yes! Our products are 100% virgin (unprocessed) human hair that can be colored. We recommend that you allow a professional colorist to alter the color of your extensions for best results. Remember, that once you color the hair, it is technically processed hair and will require additional maintenance to best preserve the quality.

DO YOU OFFER WIG MAINTENANCE FOR UNITS PURCHASED FROM RSQUARED² COLLECTION?

Yes, but only for wigs purchased from our brand. Please email us with your name and service in the subject line (Rsquared- Wig Maintenance) and full details on what maintenance you would like on the unit.
We will respond to your request in the order that it was received. 
The cost and turnaround time is subjected to the service that is needed for the unit. Service is not confirmed until we approve it and a payment is made.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

No changes can be made after your order has been processed.

I RECEIVED AN INVOICE FOR AN ORDER WITH A SERVICE FEE ATTACHED, DO I HAVE TO PAY THAT CHARGE?

Yes, if you are ordering a custom unit or order that cannot be purchased from our website, you are responsible for the 2.9% service fee attached to the invoice. All invoiced orders are subjected to an additional service fee.
