REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We want to make sure every purchase with Rsquared² Collection is an experience to remember. That’s why we’ve developed a clear store policy outlining everything you need to know about how we operate.

 

Rsquared² Collection LLC. does not offer refunds of any sort.

Rsquared² Collection LLC. will accept exchanges ONLY for product errors made on our end.

 

If an error is made due to our company, please email us within 24-48 hours of you receiving your order at: Support@Rsquared2Collection.com. 


If you do not contact us within 24-48 hour timeframe upon receiving your order, your request will not be accepted.

 

We only accept returns for products that are in the same condition as they were received it. All returns are subject upon approval.

If approved, we will respond with a product exchange form. Fill out the product exchange form and return the item you wish to exchange in the same condition as you received it.

 

This includes but is not limited to: cutting the lace, cutting the hair, removing original tags; if the hair has been combed, picked, brushed, washed, cut, dyed (or chemically altered in any way), flat ironed, or otherwise manipulated with any styling tool, including hair dryers. Returns will not be honored if the hair has had hair products, perfume, or any other products applied to the hair including glues, gels, adhesive tapes, and/or sprays.

 

Should you make a return/exchange request and the hair appears to be altered or manipulated in any form, the hair will be shipped back to you at your own expense.

When shipping back your product, please include your contact information as provided on your exchange/return form & the order number. We strongly recommend you include insurance in case of any carrier issues.

 

Returns must be sent back within 5 business days of the exchange request approval.

 

In the event your package is lost or stolen while in the custody of any third-party merchant, Rsquared² Collection LLC. will not be held liable and will not be responsible for replacing missing products that were not last in our possession.

 

Store credit will be issued after a thorough inspection of the hair to ensure it is in the same condition as received and it will be used to fulfill your request according to your request form. 

Should you make a return/exchange request and the hair appears to be altered or manipulated in any form, the hair will be shipped back to you at your expense.


 

 

Wig Refunds and Return Policy:

 

We are not able to accept exchanges on wig units due to them being custom made to each client’s head. We do not offer refunds or exchanges of any sort on custom units. 


We can and will honor changes that need to be made to ensure the wig is wearable or replace items that are damaged in shipping. 

 

If you have an issue with your unit, please email us with your notice within 24-48 hours of you receiving your order: Support@Rsquared2Collection.com. 

 

If approved, we will respond with a product form.

Fill out the product form and return the item you wish to have serviced in the same condition as you received it (in it's original packaging). 

 

Customers are solely responsible for shipping cost/expenses. When shipping back your product, please include your contact information as provided on your exchange/return form & the order number. We strongly recommend you include insurance in case of any carrier issues.
