WHAT IS 'VIRGIN' HAIR?

Virgin hair is 100% raw, unprocessed, or unaltered hair extensions that remain in its natural state from the roots to the ends. Virgin hair has not been permed, colored treated, dyed, bleached, blow-dried, gone through any other chemical processing to achieve its desirable look.

RSC Luxury Hair is 100% raw and is collected from a single donor to ensure quality in its texture and to keep all cuticles aligned and flowing in the same direction to avoid tangling and shedding. Virgin hair extensions are the highest quality and typically last longer than other hair extension types (remy hair or synthetic blend extensions).

 

HOW LONG DOES THIS HAIR LAST?

RSC Luxury Hair Extensions can last 2+ years with proper care and maintenance provided to the extensions.

 

HOW MANY BUNDLES DO I NEED FOR A FULL HEAD SEW-IN?

12" to 14”- 2 bundles

16” to 20”- 3 bundles

20” to 26"- 4 bundles

28"+ - 5 bundles

Each bundle is between 3.5 ounces to 4 ounces. The longer the inches, the shorter the wefts.

 

CAN RSQUARED² COLLECTION HAIR EXTENSIONS BE COLORED?

Yes! Our products are 100% virgin (unprocessed) human hair that can be color processed. We recommend that you allow a professional colorist to alter the color of your extensions for best results. Remember, that once you color the hair, it is technically processed hair and will require additional maintenance to best preserve its long-lasting quality.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED?

Orders are processed in the manner in which they are received. Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed. During holidays and sale times, please expect longer processing times. CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

Change request must be made within 24 hours of your order being placed. Please email us: Support@Rsquared2Collection.com to make your request. All request are subject to approval. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to make any changes.

 

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

No, we do not offer refunds of any sort.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We believe in delivering only the healthiest and purest products to you. That is why we take all of our products through a rigorous quality check to ensure products are up to our high standards. Hair is a hygienic product and for your safety and the safety of others, Rsquared² Collection has a strict no refund/return policy.

Returns are only available in the event that you receive the wrong product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, no manipulation to the hair texture, with tags, and in its original packaging.
