At Rsquared² Collection, we work hard to make sure every purchase is an experience to remember. That’s why we have developed a clear store policy outlining everything you need to know about how we do business.

 Processing & Shipping Policy

All hair extension products and services are processed as pre-orders. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing. No orders will be processed or shipped until paid in full. Custom invoices or order requests that allow for installment payments must be paid within 30 days of the first payment. Installment payments made toward custom invoices are non-refundable. Custom invoice must be paid in full before processing begins. Please note that processing times for custom orders fluctuate pending the current order flow at the time full payment is rendered. 

All shipments will primarily process through the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail or Express Priority. All Hair Extensions and Lace products have a processing time of 3 business days (holidays and weekends not included), with 3-5 business days needed for standard shipping. 

Custom orders have a processing time of 14-30 business days, with 3-5 business days needed for standard shipping. Holidays and major sales may extend this wait time based on demand.

We currently do not offer overnight shipping, so we encourage customers to place their orders with enough time for processing and shipment! Most importantly, we do NOT ship to P.O.Boxes.

Holidays and major sales may extend wait times up to 15 business days. During holidays/major sales, please allow 5-7 business days for processing and 5-7 additional days for shipping.

Tracking information is sent via email or sms once hair orders have shipped out. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to populate on the website.


We offer affordable package protection plans with Route to ensure packages arrive safely. Route Package Protection covers lost, stolen, and damaged items that meet specific criteria. Further review Route's policies to understand what lost, stolen, and damaged items will be covered.

Note: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal of the order. Shipping costs, taxes, and the Route premium are not included.

When replacing an item, Route covers the subtotal of the order, the Route premium, shipping costs, and taxes. Route does not pay custom/duty fees.

Once hair orders ship, Rsquared² Collection is not responsible for any damaged or lost packages. We strongly encourage the use of Route Package Protection in case of any incidents. 

 

Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

We believe in delivering only the healthiest and purest products to you. That is why we take all of our products through a rigorous quality check to ensure products are up to our high standards. Hair is a hygienic product, and for your safety and the safety of others, Rsquared² Collection has a strict no return policy.

Returns are only available if you receive the wrong product. Eligible returns must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

Before a return is processed, orders are inspected for the conditions listed above. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Additionally, customers will be responsible for return shipping costs that may occur.

Upon the approval of a return request, a store credit will be issued.
