Refund/Shipping Policy

At Rsquared² Collection, we work hard to make sure every purchase is an experience to remember. That’s why we have developed a clear store policy outlining everything you need to know about how we operate.

 Processing & Shipping Policy

All shipments are primarily processed through the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. All Hair Extensions and Lace products have a processing time that is up to 3 business days (holidays not included) with 2-5 days needed for shipping.

All custom wig orders have a processing time of 7-21 business days and 2-5 business days needed for shipping. We do not offer overnight/express shipping so we encourage customers to place their orders with enough time allotted for processing and shipment! We do NOT ship to P.O.Boxes.

Holidays and Sales may extend wait times up to 15 business days. 

Tracking will be sent to your email once your package has been shipped out. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to populate on the website.

To ensure your package gets to you safely, we offer 1 form of shipping; standard shipping option. Orders sent with our standard shipping option will be insured only up to $50 in the case your package become lost or damaged in transit. All disputes with lost or stolen packages are to be filed directly with USPS.

Once your order has been shipped, Rsquared² Collection is not responsible for any damaged or lost packages. We ensure you that Rsquared² Collection does their due diligence to make sure all orders are safely packaged and properly shipped in a manner in which customers will be happy to receive.

 

Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! No Exceptions.

We believe in delivering only the healthiest and purest products to you. That is why we take all of our products through a rigorous quality check to ensure products are up to our high standards. Hair is a hygienic product and for your safety and the safety of others, Rsquared² Collection has a strict no return policy.

Returns are only available in the event that you receive the wrong product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at Support@Rsquared2Collection.com. Before a return is processed, your order will be inspected for the conditions listed above. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and customers will be responsible for return shipping cost.

Upon the approval of a return request, clients will ONLY be provided a store credit.
