Shipping policy
At Rsquared² Collection, we work hard to make sure every purchase is an experience to remember. That’s why we have developed a clear store policy outlining everything you need to know about how we operate.
Processing & Shipping Policy
All shipments are primarily processed through the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express. Both forms of shipping will require a signature. Therefore, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
All Hair Extensions and Lace products have a processing time that is up to 2-5 business days with 3-4 business days needed for shipping.
All custom wig orders have a processing time of 7-21 business days and 3-4 business days needed for shipping. We encourage customers to place their orders with enough time allotted for processing and shipment; and only book your hair appointment once your hair is in hand.
Holidays and sales may extend wait times up to 15 business days. During holidays/major sales, please allow 5-7 business days for processing and 5-7 additional days for shipping.
Tracking will be sent to your email once your package has been shipped out. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to populate on the website.
To ensure your package gets to you safely, we offer 2 forms of shipping. Our standard shipping option (Priority Mail) along with our insured shipping option. Orders sent with our standard shipping option will be insured only up to $50 in the case your package become lost or damaged. Orders placed with express shipping (Priority Express Mail) insurance will cover up to $100 in the case your package becomes lost or damaged in transit.
All disputes in either cases are to be filed directly with USPS. Once your order has been shipped (left in the care of postal services), Rsquared² Collection is not responsible for any damaged or lost packages.
